After an enriching meeting with Bertrand Favre at the Domaine de Miolan, we continued our field trip two kilometres further to the Ferme de la Touvière in Meinier.
Managed by a group of nine ambitious and motivated young people, the visit of this certified organic farm nourished the minds of our partners with their innovative and sustainable practices.
Visits to the goat farm, the orchards, the pig farm and the vineyard provided an opportunity to discuss common difficulties encountered, such as access to land and product distribution.
Our visit ended with a visit to the farm shop which offers the opportunity to buy fresh, seasonal and organic products! On this occasion, our partners were particularly impressed by the vast choice of fresh and processed products.
